Caleb grew up working in his family’s manufacturing company, now recognized as one of the top 20 manufacturers in North America within its sector. That experience gave him firsthand exposure to the operational realities and challenges businesses face, and to the impact real estate decisions have on the people running them. It also steered his focus toward the industrial sector.

After six years at two of the world’s largest brokerage firms, where he represented groups ranging from local investors to institutional landlords, and from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, Caleb founded ITG to deliver the same systems, data, and execution with more flexibility and direct senior attention on every assignment.

Caleb has also sourced, syndicated, and retained equity in several industrial investment deals. That experience on the equity side gives him a well-rounded perspective that brokerage alone doesn’t offer.

Caleb’s core focus is continual value delivery and discovery. He stays on top of the technology and systems that give him and his clients a competitive edge. He believes value comes from a proactive approach rather than a reactive one, and from services and systems that take more work on his end but deliver more, protecting his clients, helping them secure better facilities at better terms, and giving them back bandwidth to focus on their core roles.
